Home Watch

  • Home Watch is a professional property oversight service that includes scheduled inspections of your home’s interior and exterior to identify potential issues before they become costly problems. We provide custom detailed reports, complete with photos, after each visit.

  • Yes, while still somewhat of a niche industry, other names include: Home Checks/ Property Checks, Property Caretaking services, Estate management, second home services, non-rental vacation home management, home concierge services etc.

  • Visit frequency depends on your needs. We offer weekly or biweekly home checks, as well as emergency visits upon request.

  • As the property caretaker If we detect an issue, we notify you immediately with photos and recommendations. Depending on the severity, we can either address the issue internally or coordinate with a trusted subcontractor for prompt resolution.

  • Home watch is the visual inspection of a home on a weekly or biweekly basis to look for any obvious issues. Home Care is the ongoing maintenance of critical home systems like your water softener, HVAC etc.

Landscaping Maintenance

  • Our professional lawn care includes mowing, edging, trimming, seasonal fertilization, weed control, and fall/spring clean-ups to keep your property looking pristine.

  • We provide basic lawn mowing and edging services and coordinate with trusted landscaping professionals to scale up to any size job.
